Spurgeon Veggies CSA

What We Grow

The chart below outlines what types of produce you’ll likely find in our CSA shares and at the Galesburg Farmers’ Market. We try to grow as many vegetables as is possible in west-central Illinois. This chart is based on our best estimate, but of course weather, pests, and other events will affect actual production from year to year. We will likely experiment with new varieties outside of this list, too!
